First Electronic General Assembly Meeting
Concurrent with the Annual General Meeting of Central Securities Depository of Iran, the company also held its first ordinary assembly which covered electronic in parallel with the physical attendance of the shareholders.
This system was used for the first time in an experimental way, with the aim of facilitating the presence of investors and shareholders in the assembly, establishing better communication between shareholders and company directors.
The event marked CSDI as the first entity in the Iranian capital market to allow shareholders to participate and vote at general shareholders meetings via an electronic platform.
