1. CSDI Supports "Persian Gulf" Research Project
CSDI has supported the "Persian Gulf Studies Center" which is an institute of historical, geographical, geopolitical, and strategic studies on subjects related to the Persian Gulf, a body of water located south of Iran.
The research center is a non-governmental organization (NGO), handled and run by voluntary donations. The donation given by CSDI was aimed at contributing to the translation of the illustrated book ‘Persian Gulf’ into 50 languages.
The book has been compiled following years of in-depth research and studies and contains documents verified by the United Nations.
The book is expected to be distributed among the national libraries of 90 countries.
2. Museum of CSDI's International Relations
In this museum, which has been created and expanded during the 14 years of the CSDI's international activities, all cultural and historical gifts were donated to the company by their counterparts during different visits and event are gathered around under one ceiling.
The items on display at the museum come with the information and descriptions so potential visitors can get familiar with CSDI's international activities as well as the cultural symbols associated with the foreign capital markets and International associations in the CSD business.
The items at the museum also include those brought by companies the CSDI has signed an agreement with or various associations and institutions the company held meetings with.
3. Collaboration with Arts and Cultural Institution, "Fara Simay-e Payam Resa", to Produce Valuable Cultural and Artistic Works
The multi-purpose arts and cultural institute "Fara Simay-e Payam Rasa" aims to preserve and revive the original culture and art of Islamic Iran, export the original culture and art of Islamic Iran, train genuine artists that respect moral values, support creative artists, prepare cultural and artistic programs, etc.
It also provides the following services for the artists and culture makers:
• Production of all kinds of movies, documentaries, animations, historical art, etc.
• Holding a variety of cultural and art workshops
• Publishing books
• Music
• Festivals
• Publication and distribution of licensed cultural and art works
In 2020, this institute held a festival called "No to War". In this festival, the best works of art in this field were acclaimed. Central Securities Depository of Iran was among the sponsors of the festival aligned with its aim to support this type of activities.
4. Financial support for "Arbaʽeen Hosseini" public charity campaign run by the Ministry of Economy and Finance staff
Regarding the name of the campaign, is a religious observance that occurs forty days after the Day of Ashura, the day that Husayn ibn Ali, the third imam of Shia Muslims and the grandson of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, was martyred in the Battle of Karbala.
