CSDI Managers Gain Coaching Skills to Foster More Effective Work Environments
The HR department at Central Securities Depository of Iran holds a comprehensive leadership skilld training course for managers.
Central Securities Depository of Iran (CSDI) recently concluded a comprehensive training course designed specifically for managers in the final days of summer.
The course focused on equipping managers with coaching techniques to enhance their leadership skills and foster more effective working environment.
Held over six four-hour sessions, the training program took place at the Ra'ad Educational Center, located in the vicinity of the CSDI headquarters. Participants included 28 CSDI managers, including the CEO, his deputies, advisors, and directors from various CSDI departments.
The training curriculum covered a wide range of topics, including:
- Active listening
- Promoting trust and confidence
- Effective feedback techniques
- Powerful questioning
- Developing teamwork
- Effective leadership
- Upgrading interpersonal skills
- Managing emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Changing mind paradigms
The ultimate goal of the course was to elevate the leadership and management skills among the CSDI managers. By incorporating coaching principles into their daily practices, participants aimed to create a more constructive and productive work environment for their teams.
The training was conducted by the Coaching Waves Middle East Institute, an affiliate of the International Coaching Federation in Iran. The institute specializes in educating managers and business leaders worldwide in coaching science, using dynamic methods to help them acquire coaching skills and apply them effectively in various contexts.
The positive impact of the program is expected to be evident in the improved coaching and leadership capabilities of CSDI managers.
