CSDI Updates Legal Framework for International Stakeholders
CSDI makes improvements in presenting its legal framework to provide greater clarity and transparency.
Central Securities Depository of Iran (CSDI) has made significant improvements in presenting its legal framework to provide greater clarity and transparency for international stakeholders engaged in the Iranian capital market and utilizing CSDI's services.
This initiative, a collaborative effort between CSDI's International Relations Department and the Legal Deputy Division, focused on updating previously published materials that introduced the legal framework for international stakeholders.
Through a meticulous review of Iran's Capital Market and Company Law, as well as existing regulations, bylaws, and rules, we have refined the presentation and clarity of CSDI’s Legal Framework, particularly for foreign investors and stakeholders. Extensive discussions and a series of working meetings have enabled CSDI to develop a comprehensive framework that clearly outlines the specific rights, obligations, and procedures for international participants.
To ensure accessibility to this updated information, the revised legal framework has been made available in English for international stakeholders.
The International Relations Department of CSDI is committed to periodically updating this vital document to reflect any future developments.
